Our Story

Built by Someone Who
Runs the Route

PartyPad was not built in a boardroom.
It was built after the trailer was unloaded, by the guy who unloaded it.

My name is Chris. I run a bounce house rental company in Texas. I load the trailer, I drive the route, and I answer the phone at seven on a Saturday morning.

The business never broke at booking. Taking the reservation was the easy part. It broke on Saturday. Six deliveries, three drivers, one trailer, and a customer texting about a setup that was supposed to be an hour ago.

I ran it the way everybody I know runs it. A spreadsheet, a wall calendar, a group text, and memory. That works until it doesn't, and when it stops working it stops in front of a customer, at a kid's birthday party, in a town where the parents talk.

“Every tool I looked at solved the calendar. None of them solved the day.”

So I built the thing I needed. Not a startup idea. Dispatch that actually reaches the crew's phone, inventory that knows what is already out, and completions that come back while the day is still happening. I use it on my own routes. When something in it is wrong, I find out the same Saturday you would.

That is the whole pitch. PartyPad does not take a commission on your bookings, it does not charge you to start, and it was not designed by anyone who has never carried a 300-pound inflatable across a lawn in August.

You know how to run the route.

This is the set of controls for it.
Run the day, then go home.

Where We Stand

Three positions. Each one is a commitment you can hold us to, not a value on a poster.

Your money is your money

PartyPad takes no commission and no revenue share on your bookings, and it never will. We do not touch your customers' payments. Collect however you already collect. The only thing you would ever pay us is a subscription, and only if you choose one.

Free is a plan, not a countdown

The free tier has no timer on it. Unlimited scheduling, customers, dispatch, and your branded customer portal, for up to 25 crew members. If you never outgrow that, you never pay us anything, and that is a fine outcome.

It gets used before it ships

This is built by an operator running a bounce house rental company, on the same Saturdays you are running. Features get judged by whether they hold up on a real route, not by how they demo.

“You did the work.
It's your money, and it's your Saturday.”

Next Saturday

The route is dispatched before the first truck rolls.

Six stops, three drivers. Every address and equipment list already on their phones.

Stop four runs long. You see it on your phone, not in a voicemail.

You move it to the driver finishing on the north side. Nobody else has to know.

By four, every unit is picked up and logged.

You ran that day.

PartyPad just kept the record.

Free to start.

Free for up to 25 crew members
No commission on your bookings
No credit card

Then go home.
