What We Collect

The mobile app collects your precise location data (GPS coordinates) when you use the app to:

  • Show nearby party setup and teardown tasks
  • Calculate distance to job sites
  • Provide turn-by-turn navigation
  • Verify task completion at correct locations

When We Collect It

Location data is only collected when the app is in use (foreground). We do NOT collect background location data.

How to Control It

You can disable location services in your device settings at any time. Note that this will limit task discovery and navigation features.

Camera & Photo Library

Camera Access

The app requests camera access to:

  • Take photos of completed tasks
  • Document work quality for verification
  • Provide proof of task completion

Photo Library Access

Access to your photo library allows you to:

  • Select existing photos to document work
  • Save completion photos to your device

Photo Storage & Usage

Photos are uploaded to our secure servers and associated with task records. They may be viewed by event rental companies to verify work completion. Photos are retained as part of your work history.

Biometric Authentication

Face ID & Touch ID

The app uses your device's biometric authentication (Face ID or Touch ID) to:

  • Provide quick and secure login
  • Verify your identity for sensitive actions
  • Protect your contractor account

Data Storage

Important: Biometric data (face scan, fingerprint) is stored locally on your device only and is NEVER uploaded to our servers. We only receive confirmation that authentication was successful or failed.

Optional Feature

Biometric authentication is optional. You can enable or disable it in the app's security settings at any time.

Push Notifications

What We Send

The app sends push notifications to inform you about:

  • New task assignments in your area
  • Schedule changes and updates
  • Task reminders and deadlines
  • Payment confirmations
